We Share is a real-estate agency network in Israel — the 3rd largest real-estate network in the country. Kaligon is co-founder and CTO. 8+ years running, 300+ agents on board.
Scouter is the platform the network runs on, and it is not one screen: fourteen modules in the agent’s sidebar, in Hebrew, covering the board of listings, customers, the deal, the calendar, agent-to-agent co-operation, comparative market analysis, remote document signing, and an academy the network trains in.
The work moves through it in one line. A call becomes a buyer and a match against every asset on the network; the listing lands on the board; the studio empties a room of its furniture, puts new furniture back, and turns the same photographs into a captioned reel with an agent presenting it; comparables argue the price; the contract is signed without anyone in a room.
